Refund Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Skillbase is in Early Access. This document is provided in good faith to describe our current practices and will be updated as the platform, and applicable law, evolve.

Skillbase's paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes, and — as described here — refunds for purchases made through Skillbase. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Refund Window

Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, decides and processes refunds for purchases made through the Service, in accordance with Paddle's own Refund Policy — which governs in the event of any conflict with this page. That policy covers any statutory withdrawal or refund window that applies based on where you're located, as well as case-by-case requests (for example, a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service outage that materially prevented you from using the plan you paid for).

Nothing in this page limits any mandatory consumer-protection or withdrawal right you have under the law of your country of residence.

2. How to Request a Refund

The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle.net using the link in your purchase receipt email, or by replying to that email directly. You can also contact us at support@skillbase.gg and we'll submit the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellations

Canceling a subscription (from your Billing settings or Paddle's customer portal) stops future billing but doesn't itself trigger a refund — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you'd like a refund for the current period instead, follow the refund process above.
